4) Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for : Accuracy of listings - Compliance with Michigan and Federal animal laws in their location- Health, care, and treatments of animals - Vaccinations and Veterinary records - Ethical breeding practices.
5) Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for: Inspecting puppies - Verify health and conditions - Performing due diligence - Arranging transportation - Making payments directly to the sellers.
6) Fees
We charge a monthly advertising fee for sellers to list puppies.
No animal sales are processed through this website.
7) No Warranties
All listings are provided "as-is" . We make no guarantees regarding health, breed, condition, temperament, or legality of any puppy.
8) Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for: Injuries - Illness - Misrepresentation - Financial Loss - Disputes between users.

TERMINATION
We may remove listings that violate policies.
LIABILITY
